5 Things That I Love

Video #1 - "I Love It!" - Stock Edit
Length: 00:00:30:00

Description: Using our stock footage service "videoblocks.com" and audioblocks.com, you will search and find video and audio clips that you can edit together in a logical sequence that will highlight one of your five "I Love It" list items from your 8/26/15 activity. You will need a text/graphic tag line either at the start, end, or both that reads "_ I Love It!" Also add a "Spartan Edition" tag line at the end of your video. This assignment will not need any "production" by you. Essentially this is a complete "post-production" assignment to get you acquainted with our stock video and audio service, and to reacquaint you with the editing process in Final Cut Pro X.
Pre-Production Requirements: First, you must complete the I Love It Proposal . (Just click the link) Second, you must complete a storyboard. Click this link for your Storyboard (also on the Senior Video Intern web page). --Due to the nature of this assignment your storyboard will not really apply. I still want you to turn one in so that you get used to the process. It is a little tricky, you need to get a black storyboard in your DPS Google Drive, rename it, and also "share" it with me. Give it a try.
Production Requirements: None
Post-Production Requirements: As mentioned in the description, this assignment is essentially all post-production. After downloading your video and audio files, edit them together using transitions, the required text, and video effects of your choosing. To keep the pacing tight, use "at least" 10 different video clips.
Distribution Requirements: Name your project "3_lastname_ILoveIt" Export your project as .mov file with the H.264 video codec settings. Then, add your 3_lastname_ILoveIt project to your DPS Google Drive, and share it with me. (ask me and or see the board to make sure you have the correct Google account for Mr. Laman)
